Attention: Regardless of whether it is included in the Catalogue of Import and Export Commodities Subject to Inspection and Quarantine by Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Institutions, the hazardous chemicals listed in the Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals should be truthfully declared to the customs and actively cooperate with the customs to inspect the import and export of hazardous chemicals and their packaging.

6、 What are the declaration materials that the shipper or its agent of exporting hazardous chemicals needs to provide?
1. Declaration of Conformity for Export Hazardous Chemical Production Enterprises;
2. Results of Performance Inspection for Transport Packaging of Outbound Goods (excluding bulk products and those exempted from using dangerous goods packaging according to international regulations);
3. Classification and identification report of hazardous characteristics;
4. Hazard announcement labels (excluding bulk products) and safety data sheet samples. If they are foreign language samples, corresponding Chinese translations should be provided;
5. For products that require the addition of inhibitors or stabilizers, an explanation of the actual name and quantity of the inhibitors or stabilizers added should be provided.
Reminder: The above-mentioned 1-4 materials, which involve multiple declaration batches and require multiple uses of documents, are allowed to be provided by enterprises only during the initial declaration, and for subsequent reuse. If the customs need to verify the original documents, they should be provided as required. The second item, the Performance Inspection Results Form for Outbound Goods Transport Packaging, must be provided and verified by customs regardless of whether it is declared for the first time.
