With many years of experience in project logistics as well as a seasoned operation team, ADP provides end-to-end solutions by taking various modes of transportation and logistics technology by following EPC or BOT’s business pattern. The comprehensive services consist of overall project consulting, planning, and execution as well as overseas services for road and port survey, job site delivery, commercial issues with import and export policy, duty or tax payment and Customs clearance.
The industries we are engaged in include, but are not limited to, power plant, petrochemical, metallurgy and mining, marine engineering, tunnel boring, factory relocation and large-scale project machinery and equipment.
After fierce competition, ADP won the logistics bidding for Shanghai Bao Ye group’s EPC project, Ha Tinh Steel Plant construction in Vietnam. We chose Chang Shu Port as the loading port in China as it’s reasonable in price and spacious in space, and Vung Ang Port as the discharging port in Vietnam for its location. Then ADP organized local truck fleets to deliver the shipments to construction site after clearance was completed.

Guangzhou needed to finish relocating the Pearl River Beer Brewery factory from the heart of the city to Nan Sha District in 2 years, 78 km away from the old location. There are 149 huge beer tanks sitting on the factory roof, each of them was 25m in height and 5.5m in diameter. ADP came out with a professional plan to disassemble them by employing 500-ton cranes to lift the tanks directly onto barges waiting on the Pearl River, then transporting to the new factory site.
