Announcement of the General Administration of Customs No. 61 of 2025
According to the relevant provisions of the "Measures for the Collection of Customs Duties, Value added Tax, and Consumption Tax on Imported Goods" (Announcement No. 11 of the Tax Commission in 2024) and the "Measures for the Supervision of Inbound and Outbound Luggage by the Customs of the People's Republic of China" (Order No. 276 of the General Administration of Customs), the General Administration of Customs has decided to abolish some normative documents on the supervision of inbound and outbound luggage (see attachment for the catalog). This announcement shall come into effect from the date of publication.
