With the improvement of people's living standards, imported wine has gradually changed from the original high-end luxury goods to daily consumer goods, and current wine has become a very popular imported commodity. Since the price of wine is greatly affected by various factors such as the production area, winery, and year, the customs has more detailed requirements for the specification of imported wine. Not only must it meet the requirements for filling in the elements of the "Regulations for Declaration", but also to comply with the General Administration Announcement No. 17 of 2010.
So how can the imported wines be standardized? The editor takes everyone to understand in detail.
1. Product name (Chinese and foreign name)
The name of the product must be reported in both Chinese and foreign languages. The name of the wine is generally "xxxx winery dry red/sweet white", etc., the front is the winery name, and the back is the wine type, dry or sweet, red wine or white wine, etc. .
2. Processing method
Refers to the specific methods used in the processing of commodities. The 2204 wine uses "fresh grape brewing".
3. Alcohol concentration
Refers to the percentage of alcohol by weight, expressed as "%", and report it according to the label.
4. Level
Refers to the classification of wine.
There are legal classifications and classifications of industry associations in European wine. For example, France has AOC, IGP, VDF, and Italy has DOCG, DOC, IGT, and VDT.
Some countries in the New World have industry and trade classifications. For example, Chilean wine grades include Varietal, Reserva, Gran reserve, Familia reserva or Premium, etc. according to trade practices.
For cheaper wines, if there is no classification, fill in "level: none".
5. Year
Refers to the harvest year of the grapes used to make the wine, not the vintage of the bottle. On the wine label, the year of the bottle is usually written. There are also many wines that do not have a vintage, such as champagne and sherry, which are prepared through blending. If the year is not indicated, the declaration shall be "no year".
6. Production area (Chinese and foreign names of the smallest sub-production area)
Refers to the wine producing area indicated on the wine label, and the name in both Chinese and foreign languages ??must be reported. In old world countries such as France and Italy, where production areas are strictly divided, production areas are usually written along with the grade. The production area is an important symbol of wine terroir, and there will be no "no production area" wine.
7. Grape varieties (Chinese and foreign names)
Refers to the name of the specific grape variety used to make the wine, which must be reported in both Chinese and foreign languages. The single and multiple varieties must be clearly reported. If there are too many varieties that can not be filled in the specification and model column, you can declare "xxx and other details in the remarks column". The remaining specific contents are added in the remarks column.
8. The name of the winery (Chinese and foreign names)
Refers to the name of the winery that produces or stores the wine, and it must be reported in both Chinese and foreign languages.
9. Packaging specifications
Refers to the quantity or weight of a single product, and specific packaging and specifications should be indicated.
Retail packaged wine, specify: unit packaging capacity x number of packaging units/packaging unit, such as 750 ml x 6 bottles/carton
Non-retail packaging wine in bulk, specify: x liters/barrel or x liters/container tank
10. Please indicate if the original liquid is imported or the original bottle is imported
Refers to the packaging state of the wine at the time of import.
The import of raw liquid refers to the packaging of foreign bulk wine in large barrels or bags, after the import is transported to the domestic filling place (some in the bonded area), and then the filling and sub-bottles are carried out.
The original bottle import refers to a bottle of wine. After the grape cultivation, picking, juice extraction, fermentation, cellar storage, wine bottling, and internal and external packaging are all completed in the foreign production area, the customs will be imported into China for sale.
11. For the import of the original liquid, please indicate the filling location, and for the import of the original bottle, please declare the trademark status
If the original liquid is imported, the filling location must be indicated, whether it is processed or packaged within the bonded area, or processed or packaged outside the bonded area.
If the original bottle is imported, the trademark situation must be declared. The Chinese and English trademarks that indicate the brand of the brand that have the right to import the goods are imported.
Imported wines have more requirements for declaration, you can find a Shanghai freight forwarding company to help you operate the agency, professional and worry-free.
