On January 18, 2020 in Shanghai Grand Theater, ADP Group successfully held the "New Start Point, New Journey & New Breakthrough" as the theme of New Year's Party for 2020. More than 600 employees gathered together to share the grand ceremony.

At the beginning of the meeting, Ms. Wang Hong, the Chairman of ADP Group, announced the start of the party and delivered a speech. Chairman Wang Hong said that 2019 was a year of steady development of the company and growth of all departments and employees. Under the leadership of new structure, we rose to the challenge and stood our ground, thus achieving the stable development. 2020 is a crucial year. We should adhere to the market-oriented, stabilize talents, revenue, customers, market, teams and service products, strengthening the sales development, improving our service quality, reasonably control costs, promote brand building,and make ADP more competitive in the market.

Mr. Wang Cheng and Mr. Hua Yi, the Deputy GM of ADP Group, summarized the achievements in 2019, put forward the further development goals and directions for 2020, and encouraged the staff to make positive efforts to strive for a better future of the Group.

The development and growth of the enterprise cannot be separated from the leaders' foresight and scientific management, as well as the efforts of all employees. To this end, the company rewards employees for their outstanding contributions and hard work.

The conference first issued is the enterprise long service award, respectively to their service in the company by 10 years, 15 years, 20 years, 25 years and 30 years of the medals and prizes!

At the same time, the outstanding teams and advanced individuals of the year 2019 were honored, which recognized their contributions and inspired the whole team of ADP Group.

The New Year’s party was full of joy

"My Motherland and Me" from ADP Logistics sang the whole venue singing as strong as the professional choir, led to cheers. Staffs from departments of Finance, HR and IT brought "Don't Give Up", it is more remarkable to be together, a group of people one mind no matter how hard and tough but willing together to light up our life and don't give up. ADP Anji presented the original song "ADP Family", in red and green with special clothing, background video of Anji beautiful scenery like a picture spread out, accompanied by pleasant singing sounds as people were placed in it.
